The 2023 Nebiki Team
The 23 members who performed the Goshuinsen at Nagasaki Kunchi in 2023. Our next performance will be in 2030.
At Nagasaki Kunchi, the great autumn festival of Nagasaki, Motoshikkui performs the “Goshuinsen.”
In the years when it is our town’s turn to perform, the “Nebiki-kai” (Nebiki team) is formed. From early May, its members train hard for the three days of the festival on October 7, 8 and 9. The nebiki are the men who pull the ship and spin it around.
Here we introduce the 2023 Motoshikkui Goshuinsen Nebiki-kai.
